Technical Maintenance Chemical for Machine Surfaces
OPTILINE MACH: A concentrated, alkaline, multi-purpose degreaser that easily removes organic and inorganic heavy oils, dirt, adhered residue, and other residues from the surfaces of industrial machinery.
It is used to clean oily and carbon-containing parts in ultrasonic washing machines, the painted exteriors of heavy industrial machinery in the automotive, iron and steel, plastic and rubber, and other sectors, and the oily and dirty surfaces of lifting vehicles such as cranes and hoists.
It is safely used to remove oil and dirt from the bodywork of weaving, knitting, and spinning looms, and to clean oily and dirty filters and surfaces of stenter frames and fabric setting machines. It is safely used for cleaning ship bilges and oil storage tanks, cleaning rubber, plastic, or metal mesh conveyor belts, wiping or washing oiled sheets and profiles before painting, and cleaning the cooling chambers of machines using boron oil, coolant, and cutting fluid.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Spray directly onto heavily soiled and oily surfaces. Wait 5 minutes. Clean with a cloth or brush. Rinse with water. Depending on the severity of the contamination, dilute with water for other applications. Do not use on glass surfaces. It will not rust on unpainted metal surfaces. Contains corrosion inhibitors.
DOUBLE USE
Use undiluted for heavy soiling. Dilute 1/2 to 1/20 with water, depending on the degree of contamination. Cleaning can be accomplished by spraying, dipping, or wiping.
