Multi-Purpose Cleaning Chemical for Machinery
OPTILINE MACH 39: Used for post-painting oven cleaning in automobile factories, wiping and degreasing metal surfaces, and cleaning machine surfaces.
It is safely used for cleaning oily and carbon-containing parts in ultrasonic washing machines, cleaning the painted exteriors of heavy industrial machinery in the automotive, iron and steel, plastic and rubber, and other sectors, and for cleaning the oily and dirty surfaces of load-lifting vehicles such as cranes and hoists.
It is used safely for removing oil and dirt from the bodywork of weaving, knitting, and spinning looms, removing ultrasonic carbon from diesel engine pumps, cleaning the cooling chambers of machines using boron oil, coolant, and cutting fluids, wiping or washing oiled sheet metal and profiles before painting, and cleaning rubber, plastic, or metal mesh conveyor belts. It is easy to apply and economical. It is used for shipboard, deck, and bilge cleaning, and for cleaning contamination from the sides and decks of boats. It does not foam. It is a natural product and is biodegradable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTILINE MACH 39: Dilute as needed for wiping, dipping, or spraying. Spray directly onto heavily soiled and oily surfaces. Wait 5 minutes. Clean with a cloth or brush. Contains corrosion inhibitors.
DOUBLE USE
Use undiluted for heavy soiling. Dilute 1/2 to 1/20 with water, depending on the degree of soiling.
