OPTILINE CARBON QC, with its concentrated, special solvent composition, is a highly specialized maintenance chemical that quickly removes carbonized oils and heavy oil deposits in oil heaters, oil filters, and oil towers, meeting the needs of the industry.
It is safely used to clean oily, dirty machine surfaces and floors in meat, poultry, and dairy processing plants, as well as to clean stainless steel ram latches.
It is safely used to remove old polish from floor coverings with crystal or polymer polishes.
It is safely used to remove blockages in extruder feed molds in feed factories.
It is safely used to remove oil and rubber soot residue that accumulates over time on the printing surfaces of rubber molds.
It is safely used to remove mineral residue and oily contamination plastered onto the surfaces of aluminum and zinc alloy molds.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTILINE CARBON QC is sprayed directly onto heavily soiled surfaces. Wait 5 minutes. Clean with a cloth or brush. Rinse with water. The immersion method is used to clean molds, quickly dissolving surface residue.
USE AMOUNT
Use concentrated. Dilute 1/2-1/20 with water as needed.
