Heavy Duty Dirt and Oil Remover
With its concentrated special solvent composition and highly alkaline formula, OPTILINE CARBON CLE easily removes burnt-on, carbonized oils, heavy dirt, adhered residue, and other residues from unpainted surfaces exposed to high temperatures or contamination.
In industrial production, it is safely used to clean machine parts and molds, heavily oiled and carbonized surfaces, carbonaceous residues plastered on the surfaces of aluminum and zamac parts molds, oil and rubber soot residues accumulated over time on the printing surfaces of rubber molds, mineral residues, and oily contamination.
In meat, poultry, and dairy processing plants, it is used to clean oily and dirty machine surfaces and floors; in kitchens, it is used to clean cooking equipment, hoods, stoves, and floors; and in food factories, it is used to clean stainless steel equipment containing oil and carbon dirt.
It is used to wipe or wash oiled sheet metal and profiles before painting. Its high concentration makes it effective even on vertical and cold surfaces. It is safely used to remove old finishes from floor coverings that have been coated with crystal or polymer finishes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTILINE CARBON CLE should be sprayed directly onto the exposed surface. Wait 5 minutes. Clean with a cloth or brush. Rinse with water. Heating the surface to 50-60°C, scrubbing, or brushing will enhance the effect. For cleaning molds, the immersion method is used, which quickly dissolves surface residue.
USE DOSAGE
Used as a concentrate. Dilute 1/2-1/20 with water as needed.
