Concentrated Oven Soot and Burnt-On Oil Cleaner
OPTILINE TAR is a powerful, solvent-free degreaser that works effectively on all types of surfaces and is used for cleaning tools and equipment.
It is a non-flammable, concentrated, water-based cleaner, especially suitable for cleaning ovens, baking pans, burnt-on oils, tar, soot residue, and hoods. It leaves no unpleasant odor or residue.
It is non-corrosive and effective on carbonized oils. It provides excellent results in cleaning burnt-on oils and hoods.
It does not emit any unpleasant fumes during application. It can be used safely on sensitive surfaces.
In industrial production, it is used safely to clean machine parts and molds, heavily oiled and carbonized surfaces, carbonized residue plastered on the surfaces of aluminum and zamac parts, oil and rubber soot residue, mineral residue, and oily contamination that accumulates over time on the printing surfaces of rubber molds.
It is used to clean oiled sheet metal and profiles by wiping or washing them before painting. Due to its high concentration, it is effective even on vertical and cold surfaces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTILINE TAR is used by diluting it 1/5 to 1/25 with water, depending on the intensity of the oil and dirt. Spray the prepared solution on the surface to be cleaned. Wait 5 minutes. Clean with a cloth or brush. Rinse with water. Diluting with hot water and/or heating the surface to 50-60°C, or scrubbing or brushing, increases the effectiveness.
Using the concentrated solution increases cleaning speed and shortens cleaning time.
The immersion method is used for cleaning molds, which quickly dissolves surface residue.
DOUBLE USE
Use by diluting it 1/5 to 1/25 with water.
