REMOLD PR 7500 is a solvent-based mold release agent specially developed from modified silicone oils. It is safely used and preferred as a mold release agent in the manufacture of polyurethane, polyester, rubber, plastic, and composite products, particularly in the furniture, automotive, and building material industries.
REMOLD PR 7500 allows painting, bonding, and coating operations on the product after demoulding.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
REMOLD PR 7500 is applied directly to the mold by spraying, spraying, or brushing.
For optimal mold release effect, REMOLD PR 7500 should be applied evenly to the mold surface, forming a thin layer. When applied with an air gun, it is recommended to apply a pressure of 0.5-0.8 bar in the air gun tank, 1.5-2.0 bar for spraying, and use a 0.3-0.5 mm diameter nozzle. The release agent should be allowed to completely evaporate and dry before pouring the fluid mixture into the mold.
Since it contains solvent, necessary safety precautions should be taken during use.
USE DOSAGE
REMOLD PR 7500 is applied undiluted directly onto the mold by spraying, air gun, or brushing.
