Silicone-Free Mold Release Spray
MR 300 prevents the part from sticking to the mold by forming a thin film between the mold and the product. It allows the part to be easily removed from the mold without deforming or leaving a stain on the surface.
It is used as a mold release agent for parts to be processed in plastic and metal injection molds. These parts can be painted, bonded, and similar processes. Because it is silicone-free, it leaves no oil residue.
It spreads very well and penetrates evenly through the most delicate metals, ensuring separation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the can of MR 300 before use and spray it evenly and thinly from a distance of 25-30 cm.
DOUBLE USE
Spray onto the surface.
