Solvent-Based NDI System Polyurethane Elastomer Mold Release Agent
REMOLD PS900 is a heat-curing, solvent-based mold release agent for NDI-based polyurethane systems.
REMOLD PS900 is safely used in the production of solid and cellular NDI-based heat-cured polyurethane (PU) parts: elastomer structures, friction discs, wheels, transmission wheels, bars, strips and wear strips, sealing profiles, diabolos, decking pigs for pipelines, cylinders, and rolling mill cylinders.
ADVANTAGES
REMOLD PS900 cures very quickly on the mold surface. It forms a semi-permanent, micro-thin, and homogeneous flexible film on the mold surface, providing excellent mold release and release properties.
It improves surface quality in molds and guarantees excellent cleaning properties. It exhibits high release power and sliding performance with minimal mold residue formation. It provides excellent surface quality in molded parts with relatively dry contact. In molding processes, it exhibits high thermal and chemical stability for most polyurethanes, with minimal buildup on mold surfaces.
REMOLD PS900 is ready to use. It is suitable for molding solid and cellular NDI-based polyurethane parts.
It is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from 35-150°C.
It exhibits rapid curing and is suitable for multiple mold runs.
It does not react with polyurethane components and does not cause deterioration in the polyurethane structure.
It offers high cost-effectiveness and excellent storage stability.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
REMOLD PS900 should be thoroughly mixed and homogenized before and during use.
REMOLD PS900 is applied directly to the mold surface using standard spray equipment.
Create a uniform, wet thin film on the mold surface using equipment capable of producing fine atomization, such as manual air guns or robots.
Performance can be improved by recoating once after the first few shots.
We recommend testing the emulsion on a small scale to determine the optimal dosage for your business and ensure the best application method.
The product is moisture sensitive; keep the container tightly closed when not in use. Use in a well-ventilated area.
