Solvent-Based, Paintable, and Adhesive-Friendly Polyurethane Mold Release Agent

REMOLD P100 is a solvent-based, flexible polyurethane foam mold release agent used in the cold-cure PU casting process based on MDI and MDI/TDI.

REMOLD P100 is a superior mold release agent used safely in battery and filter production, car and motorcycle seats, headrests, armrests, padding, and insulation panels, seat foam, armrest and headrests, mattresses, seat cushion foams, insulation boards, sound-absorbing foams, and insulation panels, among other manufacturing processes.

ADVANTAGES

REMOLD P100 forms a very thin and homogeneous flexible film on the mold surface, providing excellent mold release properties.

It improves surface quality in molds and guarantees excellent cleaning properties. It exhibits high release power and sliding performance with minimal mold residue formation. It provides excellent surface quality in molded parts with relatively dry contact. Thanks to its exceptional durability and surface adhesion, it can be painted and bonded to surfaces.

It is suitable for MDI and MDI/TDI-based cold-cure polyurethane foam systems.

It is suitable for cold mold casting processes at 30-70°C.

It has excellent thermal stability.

It does not react with polyurethane foam components and does not cause deterioration in the foam structure.

Due to minimal friction on polyurethane foam parts, the foam does not creak during use.

It does not condense during application.

It is highly cost-effective and has excellent storage stability.

It does not contain silicone.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

REMOLD P100 should be thoroughly mixed and homogenized before use in production.

REMOLD P100 is applied directly to the mold surface using standard spray equipment.

Create a uniform, thin film on the mold surface using equipment capable of producing fine atomization, such as manual air guns or robots.
