Product Description
Water-Based Polyurethane Mold Release Agent Suitable for Painting and Adhesives
REMOLD MRP 9900 A is a high-quality mold release agent specifically developed for the thermal molding of rubber, plastic, and low-melting non-ferrous metals, suitable for polyurethane processing, paint and plastic varnishes, and light alloy castings in the automotive industry.
It enables painting, bonding, and coating operations on the product after demoulding.
REMOLD MRP 9900 A is particularly preferred when the removed part needs to be painted, coated, or bonded without any additional processing. The cast product can be easily removed from the mold with even the finest detail, quickly, and without damage.
REMOLD MRP 9900 A offers excellent mold release performance. After application, it forms an invisible release film on the mold surface. Furthermore, multiple applications increase the release effect and its duration, while minimizing dirt and residue accumulation in the mold. REMOLD MRP 9900 A is ready to use. It can be applied by airbrush, spraying, or brushing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
REMOLD MRP 9900 A is applied directly to the mold by airbrush, spraying, or brushing.
For the best mold release effect, REMOLD MRP 9900 A should be applied evenly to the mold surface, forming a thin layer.
When applied with an air gun, it is recommended to apply a pressure of 0.5-0.8 bar in the air gun tank, 1.5-2.0 bar for spraying, and use a 0.3-0.5 mm diameter nozzle. The release agent should be allowed to completely evaporate and dry before pouring the fluid mixture into the mold.
USE AMOUNT
REMOLD MRP 9900 A is applied undiluted directly onto the mold by spraying, air gun spraying, or brushing.
